MANILA: The 2023 Dodge Challenger Black Ghost is the sixth special model of the “Last Call” brand. It is a contemporary vision that embodies the HEMI-powered spirit of a muscle car that roamed the famed Woodward Avenue in Detroit, Michigan, USA in the 1970s.

In 2020, the Qualls car became more than just a local legend. It was added to the National Historic Vehicle Register and is still with the Qualls family.

“There are so many legendary muscle cars in the history of the Dodge brand that it was difficult to choose the seven vehicles we wanted to honor with our Last Call lineup, but the Black Ghost was an easy choice. The 2023 Dodge Challenger Black Ghost is the prelude to what we will unveil with our seventh and final special edition model,” said Dodge Chief Executive Officer Tim Kuniskis.

In addition to the seven special edition “Last Call” models, Dodge is also bringing back three cherished classic exterior colors to its 2023 lineup. These colors include B5 Blue, Plum Crazy Purple and Sublime Green. A popular modern color, Destroyer Gray, is also back. The Charger and Challenger each offer 14 exterior color options for the 2023 model year. There is also a new “345” fender badge that references the 345 cubic inch HEMI engine under the hood.

Each 2023 Charger and Challenger will feature a special “Last Call” commemorative plaque under the hood, making them a true collector’s vehicle. The brushed aluminum plate denotes the vehicle name and a vehicle silhouette, along with “Designed in Auburn Hills” and “Assembled in Brampton” to indicate each vehicle’s origin.

Dodge is also expanding the range of its popular SRT Jailbreak models, first released earlier this year for the Dodge Charger and Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody, unlocking order restrictions on color combinations and premium features. The 717 horsepower Challenger and Charger SRT Hellcat will also have Jailbreak variants available for the 2023 model year, giving more owners the opportunity to create their own unique muscle car.

Dodge will release ordering information for the 2023 Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger later this year.
