For example, the driving experience with the Escalade is an advantage over the Lexus SUV. It beat the LX’s score by a total of eight points.
Cadillac’s full-size luxury SUV finished just one point ahead, claiming the title of JD Power’s best overall large premium SUV. A few things owners have told JDP that they like about the Escalade are the use of the voice assistant, ample storage space and the power of the engine. The latter is no surprise, as the base Escalade uses a 6.2-liter V8 that produces 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. Plus, it’s standard across the lineup, but an optional diesel alternative is available.

While the Lexus is reliable, it can be more or less reliable than JDP’s results show. For the 2022 model year, the Lexus LX received a complete overhaul.
