Ram 1500 Built To Serve Edition is also ready to serve Canadian firefighters!

In February, Ram Canada announced that it would be bringing the limited edition “Built To Serve” back to the US market. The original phase of the “Built To Serve” pickups were built to celebrate the five branches of the US military, but with a few minor changes, they proved to be popular in the Canadian market as well.

Ram has stated that the limited series “Built To Serve” will be offered for 2022 in three different “first responder” themes. The first is inspired by the firefighters who risk their lives for all of us.

Offered in Redline and Diamond Black exterior colors with a black interior with orange accent stitching, the firefighter-inspired “Built To Serve” edition follows the same formula as the 2020 and 2021 pickups.

“Built To Serve” trucks receive additional stylish exterior features, including a unique treatment consisting of an all-black grille and surround, black bumpers, premium black-framed lighting and 20-inch aluminum wheels with a unique Technical Gray finish. Body-coloured wheel arches also accentuate the exterior.

Complementing the look are black badging, black wheel-to-wheel side steps and dual four-inch black exhaust tips.

These new Ram models are also ready to show their owner’s first responder pride with “Built To Serve” embroidered Velcro panels on each front seat and additional Velcro panels on each front seat on the inside of the shoulder panel. Customers can apply their own patches – flags, name tapes or slogans – to personalize their “Built To Serve” truck. The panels of the front backrests are covered with a ladder system for pouches/modular lightweight carrier material (PALS/MOLLE) to hold additional equipment or pouches.
